My sister just posted this to me. It's impressive.

But imagine you were one of the dancers and your lights weren't working :D

Scary. Thankfully nobody I actively listen to, but it must be pretty devastating if you were a fan of one of them to find out that they were essentially bribing their way into a magazine. Of course, a lot of it is still ambiguous so it's certainly too early to start passing judgment on anybody.
EDIT: The level of self-righteousness and, simply put, idiocy in the comments section of the DJ Mag post they linked is also worth noting. A few examples:

Quote

"we have done everything in our power to identify these votes and remove them from the poll to give a fair reflection to genuine dance music fans" No you haven't, if you did then you'd only let people vote in nightclubs since those are the genuine voters, not the little kids voting on Facebook who have never been to a party in their life.

Quote

This list is fraudulent. NO Bassnectar, no creditably.

Quote

What will happen when someone will buy votes for Tiesto to make him look like a cheater. Probably things like this will happen as well so it's really powerfull thing to destroy competition for example.

DJ CONTROVERSY!

I think the best DJs out there couldn't be bothered with a list like that.

I realise this clip is about fifteen years old and you lot will have seen it probably. But i have never seen it before. Just been watching Whatever happened to HArry hill which is a look back at his 90's show and i saw the clip at 4:00 in this link. I have never ever seen anybody parody the brothers. Its not brilliant and only lasts a few secs but i thought id share just in case

Hahahahaha!! Nice! I've not seen that clip before!

There was also a spoof on this Planet Rock Profile. A friend burnt it to disc for me but I can't find it anywhere on youtube. I haven't seen it in years but from what I remember it pokes fun at Tom and Ed's wardrobe.

i had a look, couldnt see it but i dont remember that one and i saw most rock profiles. its not really surprising they havent been parodied that much, not really that much to take piss out of, apart from toms old hair do and the fact they are quite shy.

Note: As my UK Visa just arrived, I am moving to back London come October. This means much easier access to anyting chems in near future.

Just thought you might want to know.
