@marsh, that picture is from on Mt. Fuji comedown but still above the cloud line. As I said I have more photos at home but I won't be ble to post them till I get home. I'm takig care of a friends place this week (and their horses, and cats, and birds, and dog, and guinea pig......I'm farming it for 2 weeks).

And No fuji rock doesn't take place on mt. fuji. It takes place in Naeba which is northwest of tokyo. mt. fuji is southwest of tokyo.

Noticed some of the larger image pages were occasionally buggy - done some more work on the embedding and should be faster and more reliable now. Please report any bugs!

@Caddy--that beach pic is absolutely amaaaaazing.

Eugene, Oregon--University of Oregon. The red flags represent six dead American soldiers. The white flags, six dead Iraqis. There were so many white flags it filled probably the equivalent of a city block.

I've been trying to get to this page for 4 days now. Everytime I tried, it said that it encountered a problem. Now, I finally made it, and I have no pictures to post. :(

Yeah, there is something buggy going on with a couple of threads - this one and the Forum Tip: Annoying .gif's thread. 7 times out of 10 this thread and that other one craps out my Internet Explorer.

The problem is remedied by just accessing this site through Mozilla Firefox instead. At least for me. But it's still annoying as I almost always use IE.

Heya Martin - I use IE7. There's another thread whose format looks a bit buggy through IE7. It's the Interesting Interview one that's fairly recent. Looks fine on Mozilla, weird on IE7. This thread continues to kill IE7 whenever I try to access it.

Yeah I noticed it when looking on here on the computer at work, thought it was the IT dept being arseholes again! No problems at home though (Firefox at home, Internet Explorer at work).
