oh god it looks so good.....
just ordered the special addition, including shipping its only $113....BUT you get the game, an art book, a duffle bag, a cd soundtrack and the best thing in the world....a black safety deposit box with a rockstar keychain....you know im a sucker for cool shit....and this IS the coolest!

Oh dude, I was just watching the trailer... I saw that special edition yesterday, gotta love that keychain and duffel bag.
So, you're gonna take the plunge and get a PS3? I may have mentioned this before, but when they release Home, and we can hang out playing virtual billiards with live voice chat, well, that's gonna be sweeeeet.

well i was already planning on doin the ps3 on gta release day, so now i only have to buy the ps3 on the day!!! i never took advantage of net play on any other console, but i think i will with this one.
next comes the 42" hd tv for my room to play it on...
but before that of course theres the watn 12",cd,japan cd, 12" promo, cd promo with the artwork, cd single with the artwork and the 12" single promo....and my new tattoo, and various other sneakers, tee's, jackets, jeans and everything else i simlply CANNOT live with out. i only bought 2 pairs of sneakers and 4 tee's this week tho....thats pretty tame!
cant wait for the ps3 now....i hope black II is coming....

on a related note, manhunt 2 has become the only game to be banned in ireland....facist cunts...but i will find a way to get this game, and i intend playing it infont of very young children on the street.....
aaaaanyways, is it banned in the states? anyone know where i can get it?
also, on the ps3 note, does the wireless 6 axis controler have a dualshock in it?
the gta IV special edition is so sweet, no reason to not buy it!
as you can tell by my unusually long and frequent posting i am bored...bored as hell....

dualshock? you mean the rumble feature? No, they took that out. Supposedly, they're going to put it back in eventually.
As far as Manhunt, I think it's been delayed indefinately. it got an AO rating, which means that no one in the states will actually stock it.
suck deal, it was the only wii game I wanted to play at all.
as far as other shit on the PS3... Quake Wars will be out by then, to get some multiplayer on... I use a wireless N router, and I can play Resistence:Fall of Man with no lag whatsoever. It's way smoother, internet-wise, than I'd ever hoped.

The web browsers ok. They make a thumb keyboard that plugs into the controller, or you can shell out $90 for a remote keyboard. I don't really like typing with the regular pad, and it needs flash support, which it doesn't have yet.
But if you're computer is on your router, and your router is wireless, you can stream shit to the PS3 wirelessly. It doesn't support all video formats, but there are converters that will turn any video into a PS3 video, which of course means hi-def streaming pr0n!

wait til you get the PS3, you might decide you don't need a PC too.
you can run content offa sd cards or thumb drives. I saw a 4 gig thumb drive, the size of my fricken fingernail. the thing had a case that was 4 times as big as it was, to keep you from losing it.
