I've made quite the discovery the other day. I wanted to see how the chemical brothers would sync up to the DaftPunk movie "Interstella 5555". So I took a certain live recording of the chems in Santiago, Chile, and began playing it right at the point where the first song begins. I skipped ahead a little bit in the daft punk movie to where the views pans down onto the planet in the first seen. as soon as I let the two play they began to sync up in an almost frightening way!! The syncing continued on through out nearly the entire movie!! The songs change as the seens transition and the music matches the mood of the movie!

I'm glad we're not the only ones who do that....

Darkstarexodus was there to watch Surrender synch up to cartoons that come on at 4am...

it also synchs up to Shrek, Akira, Discovery Channel, Porn, and very well to olympic gymnastics.

It's like our hobby

X-D

OK, either we're all really weird. Or somehow experimenting with Chemical Brothers music and seeing if it syncs up to movies is normal.

I opt for weird.

See when you guys say sync up? do you mean like.. it matches the movie, like the song matches the movie..

Well if so then its done alot in the gaming world :O.. Like online

I play halo 2 online and ive seen some movies made by players.. they record theyre games.. make videos of theyre best performances and have a movie in the background really cool so it is! I havent made any of my own but i want to, but i need like a video out cable to get my tv screen projected on my pc screen then a recordin tool and probably photoshop cs to format it in stuff.. but i was thinkin about the background music, i would like it to be either the reel ( but thats a bit too long..) or Morning Lemon (seems perfect.. just the sync part.. it would have to be really fast at times)

It would be class! or a movie for anyother game or something!

I think the chemical brothers sync up with just about everything

Bosco, I really like your way of thinking.

I still opt for weird.
