I went to Fatburger for lunch, and they had a free jukebox. Because this is Fatburger, it seems to be filled with only R&B, Soul, and Blues music.

But this is one of those fancy online jukeboxes, where, if you know how, you can pull up thousands of albums.

So the poor employees at Fatburger, and their stuck up, rich Orange County customers, are going to spend the next 3 hours listing to a good portion of the Pogues discography.

I wish I could have stayed and watched.

Oooh, those dudes gonna puke their fried chicken all over the place, or the juke box itself? Unfortunately you didn't take some pics...

uhm yes, Jenny, you could say that they are like the Floggin Mollys or the Dropkick Murphys, since both of those bands are complete and utter rip-offs, or, if you want to be kinder, 'inspired by' the Pogues.

If you like those two, you should check out the band that inspired 'em, and listen to the Pogues. 'If I Should Fall From Grace With God' is a good album to start with, and there's a couple 'best of' albums.

actually, if you like the genre, drop me an email, and I'll figure out how to send you like a 'best of' collection.

Dude, it's the best hamburgers in the world... they even get named checked by the Beastie Boys 'We like white castle cuz they're the best, but we eat at Fatburger when we're way out west'

you don't get more street cred than that

I haven't had Fatburger in 10 years (I used to get the turkey burgers) and I must say it was the best I ever had. And stash loves and knows his burgers so if he says Fatburger's good, then it's good. :P The fries are quite delicious. I heard they have veggie burger now which one day I might try if I ever fancy myself a burger.

I dig the Pogues!!

Tough call, Ryno. Tough call. I haven't eaten a real burger or beef for that matter in roughly 20 years... And I hate to judge but poor Shane McGowan's mouth is an absolute travesty. Not helped by years of drink and drug abuse I'm sure.

Fatburger is just the name, their meat's actually better quality than any other fast food joint.
