Because I was a fan of the original show when I was real young, I've been taking the last couple of months to inch my way through the Battle Star Gallactica series (the newer version).

It's fantastic. But man. It's a bit of a downer. Doesn't anything great ever happen to anyone on the good ship Gallactica?

Awesome! BBC makes a bunch of really cool shows...Wondering how much (public) money they invest on them Posted Image

Galactica is good, especially the first two seasons, then it gets worse but the ending at the fourth season equates the bad third and fourth season. You should watch the "Razor"-Movie.

I think I´ve seen a pair of episodes.

But my BBC fav show by far is Extraordinary People. it´s amazing and very fun. It makes UK look like the "realm of weirdness" Posted Image

I am quite enjoying "Caprica", which is a spin-off 50 odd years before Galactica show. Pity it is only going to run 1 season.

Yep, saw the Razor movie, just hearing "by your command" in that old Cylon voice brought back some memories.

Caprica is definitely on the agenda!!

We also found out that the old Battle Star series is on Hulu plus, so we're going to start watching that since my son seems to be interested.

Finished season one and starting season two. Not a waste of time although i have to admit that "Kelly" has a very strong accent which is not easy to understand.

No, Roberto Benigni was the (brilliant) actor in La Vita e Bella, and the movie i'm talking about is from the same producer as La Vita a Bella.

*series

I find it hard to fault Misfits. The cinematography is brilliant, great story, excellent acting, spot on sense of humour and a top of the pops choice of music.
