A few off the top of my head....
Primal Scream: Loaded
Stone Roses: Fools Gold
Nine Inch Nails: And All That Could Have Been
Radiohead: Pyramid Song
New Order: Temptation
Tool: Lateralus
Massive Attack: Unfinished Sympathy
Radiohead: Lucky
and, probably still my top song after all these years....
Smashing Pumpkins: Thru the Eyes of Ruby
Stunning, simply stunning. Undeniably the best song by an American rock band in the past fifteen years, if not ever.

it is kind of hard to nail down only ONE track.
I'll have to go for "Tomorrow never knows", but there are so many more I'd like to list (Death in Vegas, anyone? I love them. even the last, cheap kraftwerky album. it only starts to make sense when you listen to it while shrooming, tho'...)

If I had to pick One right now it would have to be "Sneaky One" by Satoshi Tomiie. A few others "Voodoo Child" - Jimi Hendix, "Us and Them" - Pink Floyd, "A mighty Fortress is Our God" - (forgot the author), "The Wheel (pass 1)" - james Holden, "Disarm'- Smashing Pumpkins
