my sincere aplogies.....from my past experience is just seems that sometimes forums such as these attract people that just get under my skin...sorry. I am also taking the bar exam tomorrow and wednesday and could not be more stressed out...don't think I have slept in days. I am usually pretty laid back....seriously on edge.

Heya zonk, there's nothing wrong with newbies, we were all a newb at one point! :D

Some people like to eat newbies (you know who you are) the more docile folks like Jeanie and myself like to keep things mellow.

Either way, we are a very welcoming forum so I hope you enjoy your time here like a lot of us have. And I hope you do well on your exam. Yikes, man, sounds like you're going to need a good party when it's all over!
be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle

Well, you could always give up trying to be an attorney for something more honorable... like drug dealer, pimp, man-whore, sewer scrubber, torturer... something like that.
