Btw, I'm a bit disappointed that the stiker on the vinyl edition says "Use the card inside to access free mp3's and bonus tracks" though there is no card inside...

Need a hug!!!
I thought I'd nip out in my lunch break down to the only place in my town that would stock new releases and guess what....HMV (my HMV) are only stocking the Audio CD!!! I'm gutted, I should have gone to Amazon, I am ordering it now online, Im gutted I'm not in your gang guys! booo, the wait goes on!
Nice pics though, lovely looking inlay/album art...makes me want it more though

It's a little bit different. There are still the african-like drumbeats at the end of Dissolve, but they are not faded into the beat of Horse Power. And they don't slow down.
Horse Power starts by the same way that the mp3, right with the "Horse Power" vocal and the beats.
By the way, Escape Velocity has the intro of the album version but the outro of the promo one. So, on the sleeve of the vinyl, it says that there is a sample between tracks 2 and 3 (I assume it's the "spacial control" sample) but there actually isn't.

Hey Squire, I'm not glad you share my pain as I couldn't wish it on anyone, however I am slightly comforted! Damn Amazon, usually so reliable, perhaps there was a weekend backlog, plus I have heard that pre-releases are usually only delivered to your door if you clike the £8 next day palaver (No chance)!
Anyway, holding out for when I walk through my door tomorow to see the Amazon packaged cardboard lying in the hallway! Fingers crossed for u matey!

I got my vinyl player fixed two nights back, n till I get Further on record (which is tomorrow morning now)I decided to revisit my older lps,Come with Us was first up, WATN today, n my fav fav chemical brothers lp Electronic Battle Weapon 8! (double sided with 9 actually) - I have never heard anything in music quite like EBW 8!
It's my fav 7 mins in music across centuries.
Wrong topic! I cannot wait to get my hands on Further 12" tomorrow. It will be a sweet weekend this. Love the excitement a Chemical album brings in my life.
