mc marsh Escribi:

Another injustice for my team...back in December we played Brodsworth MW (thats in Doncaster, South Yorkshire), we were winning 5-0 after 72 mins, shortly after the ref abandoned the game as the pitch was apparently too hard due to the cold weather!! We were forced to replay the match, its being played this Saturday. Lets hope justice is done!!

Then our ban starts....

Brodsworth MW 1 Garforth Town 2...JUSTICE :)

My best wishes on that journey, although it will be harsh on Spurs if they get knocked down to the UEFA Cup despite finishing fourth.

Nah, they rewrote the rules after what happened last season. Everton were slotted into the qualifying phase of the CL as 4th place earns. They lost to Villareal and everyone promptly forgot they ever qualified for Europe. :D

dream resukts:

arsenal go to out to villareal

arsenal lose to spurs over the middle of that week

that result clinches spurs 4th slot

arsesnal go from the library to ashburton grove with no champions league hopes

henry leaves for barcelona in the summer for a real chance of wining the champions league

spurs beat barcelona 3-0 in the champions league final

*and then i woke up* ;)

nah seriosuly, as much as it pains me to admit it, arsenal have hit some great form at the moment - if spurs even get a UEFA slot ill be happy. (although the above quoted dream would be a nice suprise ;))

Bah! My lead in the hockey fantasy draft has disappeared beyond the horizon. Just a handful of games left in the season and I've slipped into 3rd place, which only wins me back my entry fee ($25). I'm the defending champ, I need victory to satisfy me!

Poor Spurs. Mips will be disheartened.

Not to jump on the conspiracy bandwagon, but it is awfully convenient.....

Fair play to spurs though, still had a great season and pushed the Arsenal.

Thought the Highbury celebrations were great yesterday with the red and white shirts and everything. Bet that was a great thing to be part of.

Yeah, and as the Gooners have a decent shot of winning the CL, it'll probably be a moot point, anyways.

Props to both teams, to be honest.

5 days out of civilization - no mobile phone network and no t'internet - i skipped down the hill to the local library in mount rushmore land to check the scores - ive been itching to know how we got on....

and i find out half the ing team went down with food poisoning!! }:-@ s sake!!!

if we lost outright then fair play - but to go out like that is just a kick in the bollox.

cant see the appeals working, ah well at least we get uefa i guess. im more annoyed about my 'spurs finishing higher than arsenal' bet with the gooners at work ;)

After one round of playoffs in the NHL, only two of my twelve players in my fantasy draft are still left standing. Ugh. Terrible, terrible result.

Great cup final yesterday, I was at work while it was on but managed to catch the penalties on the screen outside Wetherspoons hehe.

Of course there's one snag to the FA Cup, my team were knocked out back in September...oh well.

A bit belated, but congratulations Liverpool on a terrific FA Cup triumph. Too bad it wasn't on TV in Canada and I had to work, but I was ecstatic for the result. Now I just need to buy a bootleg off eBay and watch the game....

And I officially have no players left standing in my NHL hockey fantasy draft. Not quite the result I was looking for.

Tomorrow is the merry day of drink, dance, Barcelona, and Arsenal. Can't wait.
