Blah blah blah, electronic music is for people that don't know how to play real instruments! (shhh don't tell anyone, I'm trying to get Tom and Ed to Uruguay, at least just to kill me. :P)

I watched a good portion of that equipment get loaded into the touring truck. Took me everything not to run my hands lightly across the top of the two large trunks I was standing in front of. :) It's one thing to see it spread out on stage and it's another to see it all packed away neatly inside of big black trunks. I can't imagine how heavy that stuff is - just seeing those roadies shuffle everything into the truck made me tired.

Another thing I noticed when the Push The Button Crew were setting up the stage is the half circle rack the gear sits on is on rollers - so it was pretty efficient how to get all the gear in place once it's on stage.

Damn, there was a lot of equipment. Tom and Ed certainly love their gear.

And Jeanie, you're right. All the knobs and buttons and wires baffle the mind! It goes to show how much the Chems know their instruments inside and out in order to work all that gear.

I love the new photos, they are very cute! That instrument shop in Istanbul looks pretty sweet, wonder what they bought?

Those roadies look like they just collapsed wherever as if the stone street is a comfortable place to rest one's tired head.

Those new photos are great, the boys look like they are really having fun and I especially like the bernard sumner one! I don't think that's pikachu though it is the back of some sort of giant green frog.

There was a long stretch where he constantly wore a shirt with a tank on it. It showed up in a lot of pics, especially gig pictures from all over the world. Poor man got a lot of flack for it here even, and there was talk he must've had a closet full of them X-D I think it was his lucky gig shirt
