The old, but infectious Breathe, by The Prodigy. Fat Of The Land is timeless, form my point of view. :)

For me as well. It was the first record that brought me to this kind of music. Stunning, although i know there are not many that share that opinion about that album too . . .

I haven't listened to that album in years - I'm not even sure what happened to it. We may have loaned it to someone and they forgot to give it back... Anyway. I did enjoy that album very much. I remember first hearing Firestarter when we visited London - that song was big there, and then a few months later Firestarter was huge on the radio here, and so was Smack My Bitch Up. Then hearing it over and over playing Wipeout on the comedown. X-D The album came at an interesting time in our lives, a blur of a time when we conquered the weekends with reckless abandon, stayed up all night and barely recovered enough to face work on Monday morning and the only thing getting us through the week was the promise of another great weekend in a few days. That said, I'm not sure how it's weathered the years, but it would be interesting to hear after all this time. That's one to be revisited at some point.

Chemical Brothers - Piku

Was listening to this as it came up on shuffle and my dad came in and he really dug it. Surprised me.

Nine Inch Nails - All The Love In The World

Going to listen to With Teeth in its entirety, if I can stomach it. There are some really good tunes on it, like this one, but it's a pretty poor album overall as far as I've been concerned every time I've listened to it. Overproduced with emo lyrics for the most part. But a few good songs.

Bloc Party - Song For Clay (Disappear Here)

New album is great from what I've listened so far. I never bought Silent Alarm so this is a whole new thing for me. Any band that is totally nu-post-punk and references Bret Easton Ellis is high on my charts.

He put on a turn-down collar, a black bow, and wore his Sunday tail-coat. As such, he looked spruce, and what his clothes would not do, his instinct for making the most of his good looks would.
