Yes indeed, the mixes on the album are made more album friendly then how they are played in the film. Car chase, Hanna's theme vocal and also container park are more extended in the quiter parts. Have you recorded/ripped them from the dvd or just from the site?

It's mostly from the site, and I ripped whatever I couldn't find there from the DVD. It's very complete.

I really like In The Hall of the Mountain King, and it is well placed in the film. It sounds more like the twisty synths at the end were added as a layer on top of an orchestral recording, rather than embedded in it. To embellish the tension of the moment in the film. I am OK with this and am glad it's not a remix or whatever because remixes of this piece been done to death over the years already (ahh memories of the happy hardcore sets at raves)
Anyway as a related side note In The Hall of the Mountain King is a fantastic piece, one of my favorite classical bits - it's short and sweet but the build and tension is absolutely stunning, genius.
