A guy on eBay sold me it for 35. Give me an hour or so to listen to it, and i'll answer any questions.
The promo itself is in a grey card sleeve with the normal (brick fist going through a head) artwork, and inside that is another card slipcase with the blue cog promo art, with the tracklist.
"The Underwater Song" IS Surface to Air, the running time of it is 7.22

I'm happy for leteral, but I'm not jealous right now. But I admit the wait is becoming more and more excruciating!
I know when I hear the record for the first time, I will be in the place I want to be. Physically and mentally.

That's a shame :( ... EMI got to him maybe?
A 7.22 long closer to the album? Oh I like that, i like that alot!
I'm actually looking forward to seeing them live more than hearing the new album as I see them on the 23rd Jan. The new set! NZ will hear it first, we get it second. :-D

aah, i'm finally back after a night on the piss :D
the guy that sold it to me via e-mail is "believe-in-you," he wanted 29.99 and for an extra few quid he sorted me out with next day delivery.
The album itself is excellent, it's like a natural progression of Come With Us, with the psychedelic dreamy vocals (Close your Eyes), big heavy beats (Come Inside, Believe), and the trancey epics (Surface to Air).
There's also the odd political statement on there, as some people thought there would be, on Left Right, the vocals mention Bin Laden, Saddam Hussein and George Bush, War and how it causes innocent deaths.
Marvo Ging and Shake Break Bounce are the two experimental tracks on the album, with Marvo Ging having some backwards sounding Synths and Guitars, and SBB with distorted and chopped up beats.
Surface to Air is an excellent album closer, and while I don't think they'll ever top TPPR, it's certainly better than The Test. It starts off with some unintelligable robotic vocals, with the melody slowly creeping in, gradually building until it all kicks in to the song we all heard during the recent live shows, before gradually winding down again.
"The Boxer" is much different to what I expected, very poppy, I'd put money on it being the next single, especially at under 4 minutes long (as i remember)
Similarly, "Hold Tight London" isn't what I expected, from the title I was expecting a big beat anthem, similar to block rockin beats, but instead it's a subdued, massive attack influenced track, although with the signature Chems sound.
I'll post some more info tomorrow after work, i'm too tired now to sit through the album again. Laters.
