You have been "processing" my completed download for over ten minutes now--what is the deal? I've tried to close you, but you won't close while it is processing. Why are you taunting me while I'm so close to new chemical goodness?
With much concern,
Henry

from what i read on the itunes "learn more about itunes pass" it states that youll immediately receive all available items in the pass, and itunes will automatically deliver new items to you the moment they are added to the itunes store..."
so all i did was pre-order, basically. Ill get an email message when further is added and whenever i open Itunes on my computer on June 22nd or after, the album will automatically download "saving me the hassle of making a few more clicks"...

Mine was loaded, lickety split. It hung at full download processing. I accidentally switched over to my library, then I switched back to downloads and it was there.
I can't wait for every one of you guys to hear this.
It's going to seriously take a bit to get my head around.
It's absolutely amazing, some parts literally took my breath away.

So, iTunes said that it is processing the video for 20 minutes. I know this can't be right, and I can't get it to pause my download, and so the program will not close either. So I had to restart windows to get it to close. After my computer reboots, I can't reinitiate the download and it looks like the Further Visual Experience is gone, since it is nowhere to be found in my iTunes library. BUT after a bunch of work, I found it hidden away in a download folder by searching my computer for .m4v files. So its all good! I have the Further Visual Experience now!
However, I've wasted so much time that I must go to bed now, so I'll have to wait to watch the whole video tomorrow. Thanks iTunes

What was the directory of the folder? I'm having the same trouble, and I'm trying to find it.
