I'll go with guaranty of 89 %!
E(argasm) = m(usic) x c(hemicals)²

Im gettin really impatient now- I cant wait until the chemical season kicks in, Chems on the radio-Chems in the stores- Chems on the festival line ups - Chems Everywhere 8)
It'll be like I died and went to heaven!
Or dying of a Chemical overdose.
Either way seems like a good plan to me, haha!

the only time i ever see a chemical advertised is the week of the chemical brothers release, either on the bestbuy/circuitcity sales paper.
Never ever, are their new tunes played in rotation on any local radio station (other then block rockin beats, which gets played one a week on our alternative rock station), nor does any music store go out of its way to promote the album.
Straight up, nobody knows who the chemical brothers are around here. So there really isnt any build up over here, period :?

Hey Bosco maybe next time around Astralwerks will have a street team like how they did with Push The Button. If they do, they'll have it in their Newsletter. Then you can hop on board, get your marketing materials and go to town! Leave the flyers/post cards in coffee shops or bring the materials to some smaller record stores so they can make a little display or something.
I must say any marketing here paled in comparison to the marketing in London. They have it down. When we were there last it was a great time to be a Chemical Brothers fan especially since Push The Button had just come out - huge posters in the tube stations, big window display at the Virgin store on Piccadily, Galvanize blasting out of every HMV we walked past - good stuff!!!

Same here, Bosco, same here. But let's wait until it's a little closer to release date before we start getting cranky about the mismarketing of this one.
THEN we make noise.
but the same happened for the "singles 93-03" release and the "come with us" release.....
but fact is, the chemical brothers are no bullshit artists. Therefore, makes it increddibly difficult to sell in AMERiKA. Meanwhile, Fergie gets the highlighted cd for the next 3 months and is always well stocked and featured all around the store
