Oh yeah.... and one of my favourite verbal interchanges of the night:



Brazilian girl: "I wish I had more pills."

Brazilian girl: "Why don't you come with me to one of the back rooms and we can talk?" (knowing look)

Me: "What?"

Brazilian girl: "Come with me to the back room, we'll talk." (grabs my hand)

Me: "Why don't you go sort some pills for both of us and come back here?"

And of course, I slept in and missed my flight back home yesterday. :-//



United Airlines were ace though and got me booked in on one just two hours later. The connection at Chicago had me worried though b/c my plane was due to board at 4:55 PM and I was still in the customs line at 4:45 PM and had to collect my baggage myself. Thankfully the flight was delayed by around an hour.



And I am a moron. They overbooked the Chicago-Winnipeg flight and offered free hotel and free round-trip airfare anywhere in the Lower 48 for anyone who would get off and stay in Chicago until the morning. I wanted to get back home though and get things sorted with my family and girlfriend and school, etc.



But that could have been Coachella flight sorted... for free..... *smacks forehead*

I was thinking about flying on el cheapo! Based my times and flights entirely on low budgeting it.





So many people I wished I'd talked to more, or realized who they are well afterwards! Such a shame.
