Hahahahahaa

Blue Steel !! X-D

Well , for you boys to understand a bit more about womans psychologie ( Boy , this is getting intresting ! X-D )

When it comes to what a boy needs to have to find him cute or hot or whatever you call it , well , i don't know. It's certainly not a job or a car or drugs or money or anything like that :P The whole package has to be right. Things that a boy HAS to have are :

Confidence ( Bit in a cute way )

Humor

Good taste in music ( VERY important )

Those are 3 things i find very attractive.

I like boys that are a bit cheeky in a way but also a bit shy when it comes to it. Like , i can be really cheeky with things i say , but in a fun sort of way , and i like it when i boy says something even cheekier and i'm in loss for words. That makes it very intresting.

And also they shoudln't be scared to show their sensitve side. I like it when a boy admists they cried when Bambi's mom died in the movie! X-D And a bit crazy is also nice. Somebody who loves to party to the early hours.

As for looks , i don't really have a specific look that i like.

I don't like 'pretty ' boys at all though , i usually don't like the obvious good looking ones.

As for AnType question about the smooth operators....You might be right and i'm not stereotyping. I know you weren't directing at me , but still :P

See , the thing is , a guy might have good intentions , but even if a guy acts smooth , that is already such a turn off. I mean i know not all boys are the same believe me i know - i just seem to attract the bad ones. X-D

Seriously , if you would hear some of the pick up lines guys used on me - you would totally understand my complains X-D

So boys - gives the girls a look into the Man's Psychologie!

Who better to talk about boys psychology than me ? Since me being gods gift to women and being a perfect role model and an excellent specimen I have conjured up some tips for women.

1) Don?t ever hit the guy on his head. You think you are being cute and flirty but bitch don?t ever touch me again. I will defend myself in those situations usually by sucker punching them. File a lawsuit.

2) Had to get ^ out of my system.

3) Sex, yes that is less important to us because shielding ourselves from your malicious venom which comes first on our agenda.

4) Sex, our psychology has been same since the first cave man decided to procreate with first cave women. Props.

5) A pleasant smile and a banging body will help your kind earn valuable points though is not completely compulsory.

Simple fact is you've got to have at least two of the following to be successful: 1) Good looks, 2) Money, 3) Drugs, 4) A Steady Job, 5) Vehicle.

If you've got two, you're probably in. Three it's a lock.

* 6) big dong

Oh lord

* 7) confidence

Your criteria are pretty much exactly how I try to come across, because that's me at my most natural. And, coincidentally, the asstes I seem to have on display when I'm at my most successful in in getting the attention of attractive, young ladies.

I was just joking with the other stuff, although I think you'll find they're important to a lot of girls. Just not the girls any self-respecting guy should be interested in.

I do have friends who are rather successful with the smooth operator approach, though, and while that kinda grates on me at times, it helps me to stand out with offering something different.

Well, all I have to say is, being married does have its perks. It's helped make me a better person, it makes me try harder at understanding how the other half ticks. Dating was never my strong point. Plus I wasn't the most confident of people. I guess when it all boiled down to it, in the end I just wanted someone who could feel comfortable being themselves around me. And I wanted someone I could totally be myself around - like a really good friend, but with benefits. :P Other things like sense of humor or similar interests are always important too. If you're going to spend a lot of time with someone, you better a.) be able to make each other laugh frequently and b.) take interest in a lot of the same activites and c.) be morally supportive when the other half isn't feeling all that confident and d.) learn the joy of irony and occasional shadenfreunde and e.) be good in the sack (sorry, I know sex isn't everything but every adult needs to feel loved and physically and sexually vital)

That said, I think trying to be something you're not is IMO the one of the least attractive qualities a person can ever have. If you can't be honest with yourself, you can't be honest with your mate, and in return you can't expect anyone to be honest with you.

Well spoken Whirly.

I think I've been missing too many of those things for far too long. Hence me being happier now, on my own.

Then they're probably too drunk to be doing anything worthwhile to you, meaning you could've saved some time and money by staying home with some vids and a box of tissue. 8O

So speaks the guy who hopes to do more pulling at a club in the near future.... X-D

Well, I have pretty good reason to believe she's seeing someone now and while that might have gutted me a couple nights ago, I am in such a fantastic mood right now I don't think I even care. Also ran into a friend of hers last night who I always got along with. Chatted for a few minutes, asked about her. He said she was doing alright but didn't really say much (as is his style). Didn't think at the time to ask if she was with someone. Probably because I don't think I care anymore.

Amazing night last night that really consolidated how much better off I am. Great night out.

Pretty much confirmed that she's seeing someone and we have a name-o. Mostly stating this just for the record as a follow-up to the previous post. At least right now it doesn't much bother me. We'll see how I feel about it in a week or two.

I'm more focused on how my life is going and any progress I'm making on the female front. This past week showed no such progress after the leaps and bounds of the previous weekend, but there's plenty of time. Just need to keep positive and keep enjoying myself, which will be a pleasure to do. Although I could do with something of a fling and we'll know more about a certain prospect probably in a couple of days.

I certainly know I felt something two weekends ago I hadn't felt in probably about four years or more. And that shocked me when I realized how it had been since I had felt that way. Hadn't had a makeout session that good either... ever. I think I was right all along in feeling that sometimes the grass really is greener on the other side.

I think it would be good for me to start going out on casual dates and that wouldn't be any problem to arrange. The only problem is I'm too tight with money at the moment to be doing anything other than rationing it. I think I'll take a fair bit of satisfaction in putting the money the ex owes me into a "dating jar" when I get it.

Another long, contemplative post today. I think I win today's "Whirly Award". ;-)

Update: Still haven't seen the money owed me, but I've pretty much written that off and moved on. A shame, but shit happens. Don't want to get on that subject. I'll dispense my trust a little more judiciously in the future.

More to the point and the only reason I'm digging up this thread, went on a date tonight with a girl I chatted up at the bar last Saturday. I was a little trepidatious about things because A) I'd only talked to her for about a minute at the very end of the night and knew absolutely nothing about her and B) I was reasonably drunk when I scored her digits and was fearful of the almighty beer goggles playing a cruel joke on me.

Very pleasantly surprised to find out that she's even sexier than I remember. Dead sexy, fashion-forward, very much my type. Went out for coffee and while there wasn't instant chemistry between us, it was a good night and conversation flowed easily and we'll likely be doing it again sometime soon.

If nothing else, it's practice to get back into the game and keep my standards high. Best case scenario, this develops into something and I've scored the deadly sexy girl I've always wanted. (Yes, personality is important too, and she consistently made me laugh tonight.) Worst case, I spent about $4 for a nice conversation with a fun person.

(And she was running late, so I stopped by my favourite used CD store on the way and picked up Primal Scream's latest and Headman's disc. Result.)
