but it would be cool to one day own every one of their songs on the physical. That's my goal.

That's my goal too. The only thing I'm looking for is EBW 5 and IBIA white label

On topic, my tiny Chems collection is growing: I scored the Music: Response promo with the Stripped Response remix on it,

But now you come with this. Never heard of it. What is it?

edit: Ah found it. It's an edit of a remix done by Futureshock. How is it?

Good luck with The Rock Drill and Silver Drizzle

It seems that collecting physical Chemical Brothers single releases ended with the We are the night era. I expect Rock Drill to appear on a future '03-'13 release

It sounds like, well, a stripped down version of the Main Response remix. Not bad, worth getting.

that's a cool idea - remixing their stuff 21 years after!

I'll volunteer for it! Put me down for at least 16 bars!

less than 2 years to go ;)
pretty much rock drill is to find its way out some day. it is one of the big rarities! not even promos of that one around.
love is all.

Oh now way, I own one. I've only seen it on the bay twice before. It's my favorite CB shirt, just wish it didn't have the black rings and a levi's label on the sleeve Posted Image

SCORE!

Saw an ad on CL, and a guy was selling Chem posters! Got a great deal for 5 of them (2 Surrenders, DYOH, BRB, and SS). Will post pics when I get them! Super excited!

Did I mention that those damn posters haven't arrived yet?

Finally

Posted Image

A guy who used to work for the label (Astrelwerks) sold me these. I was surprised that the 'Surrender' poster was 60x40, because I was told earlier that it was smaller. Just lovely side by side.

Posted Image

Didn't know it was silver at the bottom of the DYOH!

Posted Image

I never knew this one existed, but this one is my fave! Pics don't do justice, as I might adjust them later for color!

 So pretty!

I accidently got 2 of the BRB (40x40) These sizes I think were the norm for record stores to display in the front window.

Posted Image

This is second time I've physically seen this poster because I saw this poster for the first time at the actual show! Good to have a piece of history that I actually witnessed!

Super envious of those Surrender posters. The full "bleed" one is great and the Palladium poster reminds me of the promo copy of Surrender with the Influenced and Racing The Tide titles. (also Olympia Lithograph, which I still want to get my hands on...)

And the BRB one is epic as usual, loved that artwork. Great clash of mood and song fitting too.

That artwork simply is one of the most awesome artworks ever made for a single. If I were to be tatooed, I'd definitely ask for a grenade and feather !

Quite cool. How much were these? And are there still some available to purchase?

Btw, it'S awesome when something gets back to you after quite some time, poster + memories reunite!

Inchem, You just convinced me to somehow figure out how to ship over my Elektrobank (similar your DYOH and Setting Sun posters) from Canada to London.
