If you get to Birmingham, what's the best way to get to Civic Hall? Taxi? Bus? Train? It's not walkable or anything, right?

birmingham is the nearest city/airport but it is 17 miles from wolverhampton. probably train is the best to get to/from each other. but i don't know the midlands at all so i can't help much!!

try www.networkrail.co.uk for more info on our incompetent railways.

i was planning to drive up seeing as the only viable train back is like the milk train or something and would take 4 hours to get me back home. But now I realise that Birmingham is something of a nightmare to drive around and I only passed my driving test 2 months ago, so now I'm kinda stuck. I also don't fancy my chances driving in the early hours of the morning after a gig as mind blowing as a Chemical Brothers one!

Response from an incompetent employee of an incompetant Train company:

Ha! You will find nothing on Network rail's website - they don't run trains!

I take offence to your comment sneakerbeater :(.

Is it really? I didn't know that.

Sorry, I just get pissed off when people criticise the railways all the time. Myself and a lot of people I work with work their asses off to get people to where they want to go.

Just defending my industry.

Peace.
