Was doing a bit of random surfing today, and found this little bit on Snopes. It's basically a google maps image, with a weird artifact in the middle caused by lens flare. But in the very middle of the lens flare, it's got a dark bit that's called "glint" which is where too much light enters the lens and the digitizer doesn't know what to do with it so produces a random artifact like the one in the image:

Could very easily be describing a certain feeling you get after a particularly special night when you were completely overloaded, and now you're not sure what to do with yourself ;-)
