It seems a little questionable. Eventhough I don't think buying a video-bootleg is a good idea (UMM... TOM, ED, HOW BOUT A LIVE DVD!?!), however, if you were going to buy a bootleg, you should at least try to get one that was taken from a TV show such as that isle of mtv. About 85% of videos recorded by audience members come out with really bad in sound, the shows are too loud so all you get is a loud buzzing noise from the bass. All they're really good for is to see the visuals, that is if some guy isn't pounding his fist in the air directly in front of the camera. The pics of the athens video look like they're directly from the center of the audence:

Call me a gullable old fool but i've just gone and bought it off ebay, it was only 8 bucks. I'll let you know what its like, I just can't stand not having a Chems live DVD of some description.



Go on Tom and Ed release a live DVD for goodness sake I'd much rather give my money to you and get something decent.

Well folks got my Chems live DVD today and guess what? You guessed it, its utter shit. If you're thinking about buying this DVD then DON'T, It's awful. It is just someone in the crowd with a (crap) video camera. Set list wise its the standard 2005 set, though no Hoops. It has the new beginning of BRB with the rockin 'breakdown' sample thrown in, though it sounds shorter than the V2005 version I have on video though they make the Leave Home section longer than any of the version I've got, they don't just cut it off when they bring the beat in. The sound quality is as you would expect, pretty dire though not as bad as some bootlegs, on a par with the Coachella recording probably.



On another note it doesn't even look like Tom and Ed look are particularly excited by the whole thing, kind of going through the motions.



Please, please, please boys release a proper live DVD.

Oh yeah and just to top it all off for crapness its not even a full set, no Hold tight London and no PPR

Hey, maybe you could burn it and torrent it somewhere? At least you could feel as though you're doing a good public deed for the money you wasted (like donating to charity, except Chemical).

Cool, I'll try and do that but I'm not a huge computer expert in this area, someone will have to tell me how to. 1) copy it onto my hard drive (I can't imagine its that difficult) 2)what type of file I'm best turning it into and how to compress it. and 3) how do i go about uploading it onto bit torrent.



ps I own a Mac if that makes any difference.
