this might be a strictly american thing but has anyone here heard of the disco biscuits? i just recently caught a show of theirs in washington dc and was totally blown away. sort of a rock/house/breakbeat blend of sounds.
if you can find it i would highly recommend picking up their album "they missed the perfume". it's been a staple in my cd player for months.

Yup I'm from Calgary.....
the chems were here way long ago, back before I was a big fan.....and now they need to come back. Music acts coming to Canada seem to skip over Alberta all the time. :(
But anyways....right now I've been listening to Eric Prydz - Call On Me. Kind of a euro-dance-pop kind of deal, but its freekin catchy and if I don't listen to it at least once every few hours I start to foam and my eyes bug out.
here is a link to the vid -- http://www.internetd...php?storyid=472
and ya that link isn't very Work Safe. :D

k-os - joyful rebellion.
If you like hip-hop, skip all that mass produced gangsta tripe and pick up this album......for some real bboy hiphop.
Also, I've been listening alot lately to the Beastie Boys, particularly Paul's Butique. Anybody seen them on their recent tour? I think they're somewhere in Europe now...... I went to the Vancouver show, snap, it was fucking TIGHT. like zip....pop.......pow. Best live show ever.
