Well sod it. I bought two tickets. Figured 'Why not?' as I haven't seen them play in quite a while. Looking forward to it. <BR><BR>On that note, any accommodation recommendations?

this will be the third year in a row that they have played WHP on that weekend. It will be the first of the three i am not going to. its a bit of a mission for us to go so its a no, although the prospect of lots of new material being played is now nagging at me to change my mind

Looks like it's sold out now.
I've never been to WHP, but I'm doubting that it can be just in one room. With four of the acts billed doing 3 hour sets, there ain't enough time to squeeze them all in sequentially...
One of the other acts, Breach did a nice remix of Kelis' Rumble a few months back. I was hoping that an extended dub of this might pop up at some point, but it seems not.
I've never been to WHP, but I'm doubting that it can be just in one room. With four of the acts billed doing 3 hour sets, there ain't enough time to squeeze them all in sequentially...
One of the other acts, Breach did a nice remix of Kelis' Rumble a few months back. I was hoping that an extended dub of this might pop up at some point, but it seems not.

There are three rooms. main one is lots bigger than other two. its a good layout i think. much better than that car park that warehouse party started in. that was shit.

Unless they've been able to change the layout it was all in one room at this venue last time and they had 3 big acts on, can't remember the set times.
I hope they have been able to change the layout but not sure there is any room or the right acoustics to be able to do so.

they have been pretty strict on entry in recent years. lots of searches etc. which is probably serious reason why manbags arent allowed. but it does sound funny.
the door staff were all really nice and polite thought and helpful but the sight of sniffer dogs and a search kabin was slightly off putting. my mate went the night after someone died and he got searched (shoes and socks off !) but he said the staff were very cool about it.
