The official soundtrack featuring the Clint Mansell score was released a week ago but it doesn't have the additional songs from the brothers and all. Still a must buy if you're a fan of Mansell's work, it's definitely one of his best scores so far.
I'd suspect they might have an additional digital release for the extra stuff if there's enough interest.

Are they (or Tom)really contributing songs in a traditional way or have they rather composed score score like tunes specifically made for the movie?

'Black Swan' will be played at Christmas.
The opening week in December was a limited cinema release.
However, it won't get shown at all in my country, i'll have to wait for the DVD release in January, i guess the soundtrack will be released along with the DVD.
