hehe, aww - thanks you guys! That's really sweet of you... July 23rd is the anniversary of when we met. What a strange trip it's been so far - I'd say a good half of it feels like it occurred in a different lifetime!!

Damn that's a mighty long time! What did you guys do that day or did you take off somewhere?

Congrats .. 16 years is a long time to be together these days.

We didn't do anything too special - I had to work that day and stash had school the next morning so it was mellow. Just hung out at home and took a long 3 hour evening walk around town. It was nice, gave us a chance to reconnect because we've been caught up with work, the daily grind and life in general. So it was nice to have the time. We just talked about a whole bunch weird stuff we've done and encountered over the years starting from day 1. Our actual wedding anniversary is Christmas so we've been entertaining the thought of making the July 23rd date official. One of these days, I suppose.
