I think if Kele didn't (doesn't) like his vocals but Tom and Ed did (do) Believe would still be released. Its a Chemical Brothers tune and not a bloc party/Kele track. But he shouldn't be dissapointed. Like you said whirly, he really gives an extra dimension to Believe. And he can show of his vocal talent with Bloc party.
Also Hold toght London could be a next single. I think all the collaborations on Push the Button are potential singles. The instrumental tracks, I don't really see them as release material. Maybe Marvo King.

I think it would be awesome if Hold Tight London was released as a single some time. Actually, I'm happy with any track being the next Chemical Brothers single. I like the remix goodies, b-sides, and videos. It's extra added goodness to compliment the goodness that is one of their singles.
Imagine what visions Dom and Nick could fream up for Hold Tight London. Imagine, just for a minute. hint hint Tom and Ed - get Dom and Nick to do a viddy for Hold Tight London!!
Just thinking about the video for The Test... my god, that was a stunning piece of cinematic trippery.
