Maybe they're going to play The Duke at the Nuke Festival?
Or maybe it's a reference to the classic 1991 video game Duke Nukem!

In anticipation of Brotherhood, I dug out and dusted off the Singles bonus disc this week to keep me company during my drives to and from work.
Re-visiting these songs has been rather refreshing and I wanted to open a thread about "revisiting" but didn't get around to it. The Duke still sounds hot. I love that song, it squelches in all the right places and it's just funky and fun to drive to! I wonder if they've ever played it in a DJ set?

@whirly
yeah the duke got played quite a bit....was an early doors fave for a while..sounded ace next to prince controversy, robotnicks problems or shriekback my spine....early on when the tempo was slower and everybody was settling in and "getting their wiggle on" as mips would say..
people!

Thanks Chebbers! Must've been so cool to hear the Duke being played out, I can totally picture it as a good warm up for the initial wiggle-on!
Does anyone know if The Duke is from the Come With Us era? When Otter Rock was unveiled I thought it was a newer track but was surprised to find that it was from the early Chemical Days - so I've been wondering about The Duke (which has been played a lot by me over the past week, so that's why it seems I am a bit obsessed with the song at the moment).
