Eventhough I agree with your second point, I do not think they can control their visuals live.

Legend X2!! Part 4 sounds like it heads into Setting Sun... I need to do some hunting...Posted Image
Come out from the cold and into the setting sun. It's where it all began for me (not in Afrika), like it was out of control. Then after that life was sweet. So dream on into the pioneer skies of the fourteenth century and rise from the sunshine underground.

Correct - the audio and visuals are closely interwoven. Matt Cox (who is the MIDI tech) monitors the visuals which are triggered by what is happening up there on stage. Here's an exceptionally good and insightful article that was posted here a while back that sheds some light on this. It's well worth the read: http://www.tpimagazi...rotherhood.html

What an amazing article, thanks for drawing our attention on it Whirly, and this new intro is (in my opinion) more in touch with their philosophy of music taking you to another level, another world... it's quite appropriate Posted Image

I had no idea what they were talking about, but a very interesting article. So complex, no wonder shit goes wrong sometimes.

Now that they have 2 major parts to the visual show, the screen and rings, maybe they should set up visuals on both for the whole set, then if the screen drops they can kick in the rings, and visa versa. But who am I to suggest anything to these guys, just a thought ...
Further Remixed There's nothing else...

i was thinking the same.. maybe they should start another world with the rings going from the bottom up and retracting at the same time instead of the opposite way, so they can kick in the visuals,

yep those visuals are too awesome

Carhaix one :

Might not be the best intro (nothing can beat Come With Us) but the transition between Another World and Do It Again alone is worth opening with AW !
Roses are red
Violets are blue
And I will rape
Each one of you

I wish they could have released that version of Another World when the single came out... it's incredible really. So beautiful.

I think this version did not exist yet when the single was released. It was added recently to the set.

What was coming right after come with us?

I do not really like galvanize as an intro since this track is too powerful compared to do it again.

Music:Response on the 2002 tour and Galvanize at the few 2008 shows where it was played.

Galvanize is a good opener, but I don't like this track, so I'm glad they changed.
