Ok, I got a question,

I got this Go s/t cd - a burnt copy from old times, and my fav song happens to be track 15, one that has no name.

yep, i googled n i googled some more, then the alcohol in my head say go to the most learned people on this web, and hence here i am.

yep, please don't tell me someone just burnt the fuckin most brilliant song into the cd as a special personal bonus, cause it flips me out so fuckin much i need to know whose the genius who wrote this.

even media player pulls out the cddb shit only upto song 14(swords), and all the sites show the s/t to have just 14 songs!

It's four mins long, n it's funky with some brilliant guitar, n the vocals go somethin like "supersonic rolls to something something something something... " tho am not sure on the rolls, sounds more like rooms, but i love that phrase, so i wanna stick with it.. but do tell me SOMEONE else has this track on his Go cd, or some EXTRA special Go cd, or wherever n can tell me what it is!

If it's in the movie it should be on this list:

U obviously didnt read my whole post! :p

I did enough research, i don't remember if it's in the movie, will have to watch it again, but then all songs on the soundtrack don't always make it in the movie, and all songs sometimes in a movie don't make it to the soundtrack. I know funny.

Like there was Massive Attack's Angel played by that dealer dude to Katie Holmes stripping, and there's Macarena on that x trip in the supermarket, but they don't land up on the s/t.

Even Fight Club had a proper song in the film, and also the closing credits had two songs which never made it to the "score" by the Dust Bros.

Anyway, ANYONE got this bonus song on their disc?

Ok, I saw the IMDB page, n i get u'r pt. But this song is a bonus track on my cd, and doesn't show anywhere else.

Anyway, outta the songs on the IMDB page, thru gut, eliminating the extra songs not on the cd, I think if it's one of these, my song is one of these :

"Rockitt"

Written by Martin Cartledge

Performed by Sunset Sky

Courtesy of Flammable Records, Ltd.

or

"Blackout"

Written by Martin Cartledge

Performed by Sunset Sky

Courtesy of Flammable Records Ltd.

or

"Jah Jah Voice Is Calling"

Written by Peter Broggs

Performed by Peter Broggs

Courtesy of RAS Records

By Arrangement with Ocean Park Music Group

Since I've no idea bout these 3 songs, anyone knows these and connect to what i posted bout the song I'm trying to identify? It's 4 mins long, n very electronic - FASSST n VERY COOL!

Hope i can crack this today.

Sunset Sky is labelled as House/Techno @ discogs, so it's probably one of these tunes. The other one sounds like a reggae song.

They just recently released, as the Liverpool FC FA Cup theme song, a cover of Johnny Cash's 'Ring of Fire'.

The cover is credited to The Boot Room All-Stars (Tim Speed + Apollo 440) and features the vocals of Ian McCulloch (fmr. Echo and the Bunnymen frontman).

am not buying anymore apollo 440 albums after that double cd fiasco called Dude Descending A Staircase.

these guys lack consistency. the first album no doubt rocked, and hence i was so excited on finding the double cd new album 2-3 yrs back, and well it fell flat on it's face. DULL.

Darkstarexodus : Do let us know if the FA Cup theme is good, and we'll try source it.

But Cold Rock The Mic is fuckin awesome!! These guys are a very hit/ miss band. I need to buy this cd - i used to hear it a long time back at a friend's place.
