I got the Japanese version yesterday. There is no 3rd CD. I have posted some pictures here.
The differences are:-
The book is exactly the same except for a tiny bit of Japanese writing on the back cover where the barcode is on my Aus version..
Disc 1 has has the bonus track Don't Think on it so 9 track all up.
Disc 2 only has the visuals, no making of.
There is a leaflet inside with a biography, pity I can't read Japanese though.

If it's the same DVD everyone gets the making of hides in the chapter-section.

There is no Making Of in the menu of the Japanese DVD that I got. I haven't checked the actual VOB files, but there is no selection in the menu.
