i've listened an extract of a song titled 'i love you' and a friend told me that it was made by tCB. But in fact i cannot find any information about that. Is it possible or that song does not belong to them... (?)

I doubt it's a Chems song or even a remix for that matter. :? Where'd your friend get this song? Chances are if he downloaded it, the file was mis-named.

only song i can think of thats titled "i love you" and that sounds like chems is by a french band called Phoenix. could be them!
