Never had a problem at Turnmills and I ALWAYS wear trainers if I'm out dancing! But then i think girls have it easier getting in... Basically dont turn up dressed like a football hooligan, like a city banker or looking like your about to mug someone (see chavscum for what you shouldn't look like)

do u reckon the doormen at turnmills are 'beardist?'
the only doorman i ever had trouble with there was that short little fella with the shaved head, i think he was like the picker or something. always came across like a bit of a tit, plus he had attitude issues realtng to his size.

yeh, its rare to encounter friendly door staff - the worse at the ones at ritzy clubs, they are so full of it, they just love the power. and the can commit legally justified assault, which is great nes for clubbers :S X-D

yey my mates had a similar thin gis exeter, dragged him down the stairs, head banging on each one, old bill cuffed him so far up his arms and so thightly it fucked him for 6 weeks, and he's a sparky so he couldnt work. all because he accidentaly knocked a girls drink out of her hand - she was fine about it he totally apologised and offered to buy her a new one, but they came flying through, acting the big men - shocking.
think he's taking them to court as well, the doctor is gonna back him up.

If you get to know the bouncers then you're safe. One bouncer for some reason took it upon himself to hate me and would never let me. One of his excuses was my ID looked nothing like me :o He said I must have been I must have been living down the gym a lot cos I was a fat bastard in the pic. Yeah I may have had my fair share of McDonalds back then but still!

My god, iggy. 1 stone is equal to what... 14 lbs?
And you're 9 stone? That would put you at super skinny!
