I'm sober, watching Lord of the Rings sweep the Oscars. :) I shall be celebrating the victories with a glass of wine once my son's in bed.

Ha Ha Ha "He probably had a glass of water!!!!!" Ha Ha...you so funny, i am sorry this not how we get drunk here, maybe where you live its normal.I had 12 pack of miller lite(yeah yeah lite coz i am liteweight) beer 5th vodka...and that' it....smoked some pot...and no it was at my friends place..the only thing we were missing was hot chics...we had music - rolling stones, beatles, eminem, dashboard confessions, blink182,outkast, chemicalreaction and chemical brothers(ofcourse i played the later 2 and it turned out to be a major buzzkill for everyone but for it was totally trippy and just what i wanted).....when i woke i had the biggest hangover and a boner(for a no good reason) :? ...that's it i am gonna do this everyday or at least try to get drunk.
btw i think getting drunk is better than smoking...anyone agree ?

hey you americans don't know how to drink. us europeans do (i've never considered my self anything other than british, but i need the backing of the germans for this so i'm suddenly european!!!) when i was i new york (think i've mention that i went there a few times) last month my friend and i had a meal at a resturant and ordered a few drinks to. we each had a bottle of wine plus i had a pint of bud just to wash the starter down. our waitress was very confussed, 'you did ask for bottles of wine??? we normally get asked for just a glass!!!'. she made us feel like right alcoholics!!!! so anyway we had our meal, i had my bubweiser and bottle of wine. then we went to a few bars to start our drinking in earnest. to be honest i can easily go out for an all day drinking session and not get a hangover. it's just part of being european (thanks germany!)
