My mum is in the process of buying a cheese store. Lots of blue cheese with wholesale prices. 8)
He put on a turn-down collar, a black bow, and wore his Sunday tail-coat. As such, he looked spruce, and what his clothes would not do, his instinct for making the most of his good looks would.

I'm a vegetarian and tried being a vegan for a while - I lasted for 2 months before I was screaming for a piece of cheese.
Still can't eat much cheese. It's hard to digest, it's a binder, it makes me sleepy. If I eat more than a slice of cheese pizza, I literally go into a cheese coma. Aged cheese is the worst for me (which is a shame because I think it tastes so good) It makes me sick as hell.
You should try vegan cheese, there are several types, I liked the mozarella kind. That's the orange one that you put on toast right? Bah I can't remember. Anyways there is artificial chesse out there for ya, and it's good for you, I think.

It must be hard to keep the cheese fresh? Especially in cheese shop??? :?
Actually, expensive cheese gets better as it ages.. Cheese is a favoured type of rot. It won't go bad, only better. Processed cheese, and cheaper cheeses on the other hand will go bad, but its not as much a loss as cheese which is, say, $100/KG.
