i have finally got a copy of the new chemical brothers album 8) 8) 8) 8) its easy the best record they have made-even better than fatboys between the gutter and the stars-which i didnt think possible... (!) have any of you other fans heard it yet or is it just me :-? also saw the prodigy revently it was a total crap gig biggest waste of money ever they seem like my tired old grandad doing rave music :(

HBTGAS wasn't that bad, had some great songs on there. I'm trying not to read peoples reviews on PTB, it may dirty my initial listen.

I thought Halfway was pretty dull too, some good songs...Just listened a little on Palookaville - Sounds to me like he got stuck after You've come a long way baby....



Still rocks the dancefloor though...

I thought that HWBTGAS was fantastic. I really like talking bout my baby, star 69, Sunset (bird of prey)... well pretty much every track except love life (though i still like that)

palookaville contains some nice drumloops, i love real sounding drumkits and sets, but the entire record seems to b a little too commercial, not the thing i was expecting, too trendy...

I think Surrender and Dig Your Own Hole still rock in my opinion.



I agree with Halfway being dull though, wasn't as funky as You've Come Along Way Baby. I hated Palookaville :-/
