The new movie looks like it'll be better - a lot darker and more trippy interpretation than the first two flicks which were more cookie cutter play-by-plays of the books. Cuaron is a better director than Columbus anyway.



I hated Harry Potter too once, couldn't understand the hype at all. I resisted. But I gave in and read the first book, then the next etc. They reminded me once again to never judge a book by its cover.



Besides, if they get children to read then that's a good thing.

Tried to read the books. Couldnt get into them. Watched a Potter movie once before aswell. It didnt ring my bell.
