Bad shit is right!! Indio and surrounding areas are notorious for being a hotbed of meth labs.

I'll bring funds for said chemicals, but I don't think I'm going to smuggle anything across the border. My car got ripped apart and searched last time I went even to North Dakota for the day.

*puppy dog look* Hoping maybe you can sort out the acquisition arrangements if I come..... ;-)

If not, I'll go knocking on tent doors in the campgrounds till we get sorted out.

Fun night out at the bar? ;)

Baked Nerdcore, gothic stylee! You're a brave one for going all out, but please for the love of yourself, don't wear any vinyl or pvc - it doesn't breathe. Last time I also went for the whole clad-in-black thing and even though I was wearing a black tank top and relatively flowy black skirt, I was still very very hot. I think... last time I was there it was a little over 100 degrees outside. Better than in 1999, when it got over 110 degrees! The sun going down never felt so good.

Also invest in some quality spf 45 sun block - Bullfrog is the best brand, I've never burnt at Coachella thanks to that stuff. And I'll be sure to keep some handy in my backpack just in case I see anyone burning to a crisp.

We need to have a Coachella check list!

Thinking today that if I were to drive to Coachella, I could probably make a 4-day weekend trip for the London or Manchester shows instead and take in a game of footy (a Tottenham game sounds good...) while I was at it for around the same price overall....... Need to do some price research on Friday once my paper on the Book of Job is handed in....

I will definetly be able to save enough money for Coachella, but spending that amount (bare minimum $700, up to $1500 depending on how I do it) for two days in the desert seems steep. If I were to do it for anyone, it would be the Chems, but....

Could bus or fly to Cali for cheaper than driving, but I would have no way to get around (maybe bring rollerblades??? X-D )

Advice anyone?

(Last minute check shows the Premiership is done by the middle of May, before the Manchester and London shows. Shit.....

Anyone know if the Chems are planning any UK shows [or any other shows at all] during August?)
