Darkstar , u said it brother. I dig what you have to say about the song. I dig what everybody has to say actually because it's intresting. Kwiddle i understand youre problem with vocals. If i had to point out one thing in this track i dont like is much i have to say that i wouldve put less vocals in the track. So yeah i totally see what youre saying girl.

Cant wait to read Whirly's beautifull words on this track and Stash's spot-on posts tho. There is one thing i wasn't digging that much tho :

Have you ever thought of the fact that people DO have different tastes and opinions ?! That YOU think the song is bad doesnt mean everybody else that does like the song are easily satisfied. I'm sure u didnt mean it as bad as u said it , but i would still like to point out that YOU call "the lovers" easily satisfied , while you might be the one that has to be a BIT more open-minded. Not in terms of liking the song , cause hey , why do some people love peanut butter and some don't ?! But in terms of accepting and respecting other peoples visions and opinions. No harm done! Peace and love.



I dont know if i am easily satisfied. If i like a track , i like it , no mather who made it or what style it is. If i think its good , i thinks its good! But there is also a lot of music that i can't stand. I think music so be enjoyed , and should not be something that has to "satisfy"you , if u get my drift. Music just happends to be the most important thing in my life but if the Chems make a track i dont like , hey , who cares. I love them for the things they gave me , for the music they made so far and for everything that comes with it. I love their music SO much that it bexame a big part of my life. If i would totally hate Do It Again ( But i don't ) i would still think "Well , if it made Tom and Ed happy , and if it makes other people happy , i can't be that bad" ;)



Back to the actual track.

I listened to it several times now , and i discovered what put me off the first time i heard it. Its all the different vocals in it. I simply wasn't expecting it , i have to admit. The vocals seemed a bit to much. And the synthy bit , that sounded very out of the blue , i didnt like that at first.



As i said before i am NOT somebody who WILL like a track just because its made by Tom and Ed. I love their music , but i'm not a hysterical fangirl. I'm not a big fan of Got Glint and Lost in the K-Hole , but i love them as much as i would if i wouldve liked those tracks.



I will be really honest and say i wasn't really digging the track at ALL at first listen. And now ?! I love it. I already said why this track grew on me as quickly as it did , but you know , people have the tendency ( is that the word ?! ) to dislike what they dont know. Thats not an insult , thats how human beings are. If u expect one thing but u get something totally else , u can be a bit ?! Uh ?! 8O :? U know what i mean. When i let the first shock sink in , and really took the time to open my ears , i discoverd a song that is so dark , twisted , sweaty and sexy that i will explode if i hear it in a club. The older Tom and Ed get , the cheekier and naughtier! Muhahaha. Its so clever. They know SO well whats going on with the music nowadays and they play with that , the fnck it up the ass , and they create a monster tune that will make dancefloors shake , and they are ALWAYS one step ahead of everybody else. Damn people , this song is so NOW but still so NEW , its so perfect for this time in musix , it , fnck!!!! I cannot explain it. Its like they feed the mainstream people some Chemicalism , and they say " Mainstream can be good , IF U DO IT THE CHEMICAL WAY!" Every other artist can make tunes in the same area , the same field , but only Tom and Ed can make Chemical music. I mean . NO artist will EVER do what they do. The fnck with peoples heads !!! Ah i'm all hyped up.



The sparkly sound at 2 47 and when the beat comes back in at 320 with the sparkly but still in the background AAAH FNCUKJDKJOQU!!! That is so wicked. That is so rushy and druggy and sexy !!!

Tom and Ed i cant fucking wait for WATN. Seriously mates.

That's just your opinion. I like it, not as much as some other tracks, but more that The Boxer or Left Right for example... Just because you don't like it and another fan do doesn't make him a lickass...

Hmmmmmmm, listening it to a 3rd time...



I don't know if it has anything to do with it, but the fact that it is on the radio leaves it lifeless for me. I'm sure if I had the track, the sound would be different and I would be able to hear the bass better.



The beginning sounds like it belongs in the middle of the song... the song seems as if it started from the middle.



All-in-all, I really like the mediteranean/arabic/indian influence in the song and other songs like rize up

I really like it and I think its one of those songs that will grow on you. Its not as spectacular as previous singles, but I think its around the same level as Galvanize but because its new and fresh I like it more. Also because its a radio edit it would sound different than the real thing too and I think because it is around the same level as Galvanize and it had the same purpose which is to promote their 'fourthcoming' [see that? Razz] album then it makes sense if everyone doesn't find it that amazing cause lets face it, Galvanize was hardly the best track from PTB. I think that it will hit the charts someway or another and mainstream wise, people will take to it, if they don't Id be a little saddened, cause its good enough to do all that.

Anyway - good track - album will be killer
