The Chemies have been my favorite music group since I was 13 yrs old! I fell in love when I first saw the video for "Elektrobank" really late at night on MTV LoL So it's been 9 years and the Chems are still the best :D

Hmmm,

Youngsters,

I have been a huge fan since early 1999. I was seeing a girl who always worked weekends so when she went to work I went through her CD collection and found EPD and loved it, shortly after that I saw them at homelands, it was the best musical experience I've ever had so I bought all their albums and have been addicted ever since. I'm 27 now.

When Setting Sun was released, around '95 I think. After that, it was a chemical obsession.

Heard them first and became one of my favourite bands when I played the game Wipeout, which was 1995(10 years old at the time I suppose). Loved them since 1997 when I first saw them live. Life changing experience, word to that Sneaker...

i can't remember which tune i heard first also in 1995. it could be one of 3 leave home of an indie hits cd, chemical beats also off of wipeout or the charlatans partol remix. but hearing tunes like that made me steel my sisters copy of exit planet dust.

Actually, I loved the Chems before I knew them, you must be thinking, how can that be?? Well, in 1997 or 1998 I bought Wipeout XL for Playstation and heard it on my discman, and I loved "Dust-up beats" didn't even knowing that was the name of the track (I mean the reworked version, I only heard the My Mercury Mouth version in 2002). However, in that time of my life I didn't knew the Chemical Brothers yet (actually I think it was the first I heard techno in my life 8O ). But I discovered all the work of the Chems in it's full glory only around 2002 (Come with Us Era). I've been in love with their music ever since :D .

AR! Surrender, June 1999. 10 years old.
He put on a turn-down collar, a black bow, and wore his Sunday tail-coat. As such, he looked spruce, and what his clothes would not do, his instinct for making the most of his good looks would.

First off welcome to the forum :)

Well for me i think it was around 95 when my friend played me a copy of loops of fury and my mercury mouth i did'nt really listen to music much back then but after listening to them i would search for music like the chems or listen to bands that they said influenced them, so they actually got me into music big time.
