Moby vs Eminem ( I just read it )

Moby and Eminem have opened up another chapter in their very tiring public displays of dislike towards each other. Writing on his official website Moby has said ?So, I, uh, guess that I have to write something about the Eminem/VMA debacle. Hmmm... well, what should I write? The truth? The truth is that I honestly, in all sincerity, thought that the whole Eminem thing was done in some semblance of humor until Eminem called me a pussy (that was off camera) and then threatened to beat me up. Ah well?.
Eminem was greated by boos as he collect the Best video award for ?Without Me?. They didn?t seem to distract from his hatred of Moby, merely heighten his anger ?Keep booing little girl [Moby]? I'll hit a man with glasses.?. The ironic thing is that Moby was one of the few people, clapping whilst those around him bood the white rapper.

Fminem didn't even grew up in Detroit Downtown(hood). He lives in Warren, which is just couple of minutes away from my neighborhood and it is just normal white neighboorhood nogangsta shit bout it.

I think we can sum up this deal with what Triumph the comic dog said about eminem in regards to the VMA: "I would like all of you to know that I am fine, that the scuffle at the MTV awards involving Eminem, Moby and Eminem's trusty friend who threw my pooping paper in the air did not result in permanent injury... As you now, my goal is never to set off scuffles and controversy, only to poop on and humilate others. I onlywish Eminem could relax and enjoy all he has: his unique talent, and his smooth white hair, which brings to mind a beagle's nutsack. He should lighten up...I mean, my mom was a bitch too, but I don't go writing sings about it."

First of all, if "Triumph the Dog" is the one who talked to Moby during the MTV VMA, then Ed the Sock kicks Triumph the Dog's ass. I saw that puppet while watching the MTV VMA on MuchMusic, and what ripoff that stupid thing was! Geez, Ed the Sock is good, that dog puppet is not.
He put on a turn-down collar, a black bow, and wore his Sunday tail-coat. As such, he looked spruce, and what his clothes would not do, his instinct for making the most of his good looks would.

"No one listens to techno..." (line from 'Without Me')
All my stupid 'rap' listening friends always say this to me. I dont see how Eminem could say this when his songs include alot of 'SYNTHS', 'DRUM MACHINES' and 'MIXING TABLES'.
I would really like to see rap go to hell and shut up. But not all 'rap' is bad, infact, I enjoy some respectable hip hop.

Its because they are narrow-minded jerks. I would never say any genre is bad. I might say a certain song is bad if its awful, but I don't go saying "You listen to [/b]WHAT[/b]!? That is the SHITTIEST type of music ever!!!" to people who like a certain genre. Actually, I like some music from all genres, but not all music from one genre.
Those bastards are the fools of our society who put something down continually and have never tried it.
Conversation: - "Techno sucks." 'What?? why do you say that?' "Uh, coz it does." 'Sure, but why?' "I dunno. You should listen to Eminem's music, its sooo much better." 'I do.' "Isn't it amazing?" 'Some of it. I like Without Me (Instrumental).' "He has some much better songs with better lyrics." 'His lyrics are stupid. I like his background music - its cool.' "Oh... you should listen to Superman" 'I like Without Me's background music more. Say, why don't you like techno?' "Coz it sucks. It just does." 'Right. Have you ever listened to techno?' "Why the hell would I? I know it sucks." 'You are pathetic.' "Shut up, you're pathetic! Techno boy!" -
Just an example of those idiots out there who refuse to try new things.
They're real. They're out there.

Ya sorry anType, I see what you said now.
I agree. People who dislike whole genres of music are pretty narrow minded. But you must factor in that it takes a certain amount of time to get used to listening to certain types of music.I don't like country music, It's my least favorite music on the planet and I took a world music course..actually some Inuit music isn't great either. But I bealive that if I were given enought time to be immersed in these cultures I could learn to appreciate.
It's fine to dislike something, but to go out of your way to bash and negate a whole genre of music is pretty lame.
Also if you got a controller and the buttons don't work that great you are at a disadvantage. For Dr. Mario you need lighting response time, it's the difference between a win and a loss.

I don't mind most genres/types of music but I don't like pop music because it is constantly in your face all the time--radio, tv, its everywhere :x ! I've no problem with country music and stuff because it "keeps itself to itself" and you're not being constantly bombarded with it all the time (although I still can't stand pop-trance!)

i dont like punk rock, its all the same "she loved u, she hates u, she went out and kicked u, now ure gonna get her back" naa naa ne naa ne naa naaa! the singers usually havent had any singing lessons they just get in ure face. the music that they play is really the same i swear, like i was at my friends house and he had his winamp full of blink 182, some german punk band and sum 41, played it all through and i swear i thought it was just one band playing. but if its what ppl like and if it makes them happy im fine for it, but if it makes them someone that there not or either a worse person i seriously dislike it becuase my friend used to be a real nice person u know, ever since he started to get into skating he began listening to punk and started to get an attitude. from that point on i, well i dont really know what to say, hes changed.
