Sorry brothers but I just dont see the Salmon Dance as a single doing anything positive for Tom and Ed.Its not gonna convert any new fans.Wouldnt be surprised to see it end up on a tv commercial though.

I think it's a good single choice. I'm not particularly fond of the track but I think it will do well on the radio. And on TV as well, the first time I heard TSD I told myself this had to be a single because of the possibilities it had as far as video was concerned.

I can also feel a big "Get Yourself High" vibe in that song, and not just because of the hip hop sound. I'm surprised no one else mentionned it here before - or maybe I haven't seen it.

it's way too mellow compared to the energy of get u'rself high. also misses the cutting edge sounds of the other.

on iTunes i decided to go onto the UK store and i saw a music video named Burst Generator. It was under The Chemical Brothers of course and what it was, was the live visuals for Burst Generator. it wasn't a clip from a live show or anything, it was just the visuals. maybe (and hopefully) this may give us a hint that BG might be the next single. I don't know if it really means anything at all. and someone might have already posted this, but anyway, just a little bit of info that you might already know.

Anyway, any news of a new single?

(I'd love BG myself but I guess they'll release a track featuring guest artists)

Is the Burst Generator live visuals available for people without iTunes?

Thinking it may be "Battle Scars" what with Erol Alkan's 'BTWS' remix in the pipeline or possibly "The Pills..."

Guessing around December.

Out of all the tracks, I really hope it's not Battle Scars I know Erol has done a Remix which hopefully may help the track as it's the only Chems track to have not grown on me...I've never been a fan of Johnny Cash and it reeks of him I'm afraid (sorry). It really should be All Rights...I keep going on about this, but I can imagine a really evil video brewing for this one. Such a powerful song, and its got the Klaxons, what else could you want!?
