Remember, kids - when you're punching someone, you should always aim at kidneys! It hurts as much as a poke in the eye.

You reckon? I'd aim for a part of the body left open for attack. Hitting your opponant in the face will startle them and that's when you have the advantage.

yeah that is what i have to do. my flatmate deleted all my music files off my laptop it was such a annoyance.

I gurantee, all the deleted files are still there. Unless of course you went on and formated the drive they were on.

Use a program called Active@Undelete, to bring your files back to life.

Hope this helped.

Will this work with a word document I didn't save from about 6 months ago?

The chances are futile I know but I thought I'd ask..

If the space the file was on has been overwritten (pretty likely after 6 months, it gets dodgy after a week if you use your computer a lot), then you've had it. But only an Undelete program can tell you that.
