I'm trying to squeeze a promo of this out of the wea rep that comes into my store. Here's hopin, I've got my fingers crossed.
But if that fails and I like it all the way through, I'll plunk down the cash for it.

sunshine boy Escribi:
there playing in my town soon. are they any good live as think i might go to see them.
They are quality live! They played a festival with the chems back in 95 (?), it must have been awesome! Got a feeling Orbital were there too, but I might be wrong. Prodigy aren't as good as the Chems, Orbital or Underworld, but still definately worth it.
Check them out if you have the chance!

I saw them in Jan 2002 and back then they basically played the tracks as they are on the cd's; no real live trickery ala Chems live.
Maxim and Keith just MC'd and ran around stage and through the crowd and climbed up speaker stacks and intimidated security guys. The energy these guys transmit to the crowd is bloody awesome!
They sounded great LOUD too. It was a good, fun gig :)

I've heard from very reputable trustworthy sources (and Method fans) that the Crystal Method put on an OK show. Nothing spectacular, but it's not all bad. But if you're expecting them to bite the Chemical's live style, you'll be let down. I've yet to see them, so the hearsay isn't gospel. I'd say if you like them, then go see them. At least it'll be a fun night out!
