Without any warnings, here are some comments again! Songs have been picked pseudo-randomly. I might have had enough stamina to listen to even more songs, but for an example anType has removed his stuff and yousendit is not a very sustainable solution for keeping your files stored.

It's the small hours of the night so I'm too tired to put much effort to my sentences and it probably shows. Sorry for that. Lastly, I could make a plug for my new song which is due soon but I will not resort to that kind of tactics.

chemicalreaction

Reaction Beat Theory:

Very sweaty freaked-out-dancefloorish stuff. Heavily detuned (or whatever you have done to it) melody in the first part is really interesting and funny. And I like the drum loops. I don't know what you have going on with those loud high-pitched sounds, but they are killing my ears.

Reverse THE Flow:

This one ..isn't very good. Noisy, noisy and noisy. A part of it sounds like super mario 3, when you have beaten a boss and are falling through clouds and stuff (if I remember the game correctly). That's the best part of it in my opinion. }:-)

Csar

Artificial Reality:

Amazing stuff. I admire how you have been able to fit all those melodies with different types of grooves together. You have also been able to retain the spacious feeling throughout the song. The only sound I think could be a little better is the distorted one. It's a little disorientating when it launches at 7:04 as opposed to the really smooth line you have going there.

Guliver

Free Soul:

Brilliant intro. A really nice valley in the middle (hey, it's the intro again!). I like the rhythm and how the drums break. Seems like it is clipping a little though and so it becomes a little messy towards the end.

Path Of Resistance:

Great breaks in the drums, I'd say it's a very 'prodigyish' feel but then again it changes for a bit at 2:10 with those funny tribal drums. This is however a very in-your-face song and I don't think it has too much lasting appeal. This one is clipping even more than Free Soul. I think you should take a look and see if you can do something about it. My suggestion is to just to compress it a little less or to turn the volume lower. You hardly need the volume that much because your songs are currently much louder than any other songs on my playlist.

You can listen to the first three tracks (minus the intro track, which is at this point part of the first track)

These are the only tracks finished, except compression and some mastering stuffs. I've been working on this album for almost 4 years now. And my biggest influence is the chemical brothers.

Listen and you'll hear the influence of many of their contemporaries as well! ;-)

Check it out!

Hah hah, griffin. Yup! That's one of the more obvious ones! Anything like that you hear is an intentional hat tip in the respective artists direction. :D

Damn those are big files Chrisman. Your tracks are pretty chill, like the style. The downloads take some time though.

If anyone has the time, check this out.

Csar:

i like your style..

the song is very good, you have good ideas and an awesome piece of artwork there! i especially like the melodies you brought in around 3:04 and like 4:35.

suggestions: im looking for a bigger climax, something that makes you wanna listen to the song more and maybe you could add a straight 4/4 beat in the bassdrum at some points with a simple clap on 2 and 4 and the bass in between the beats. its such a simple and often unprofessional way but sometimes it just sounds good.

even the chems have it in the "brothers gonna work it out" mix CD at one point. if you have the CD you probably know what im thinking of!

nice work! chilly....
