so i'm not going to be at glastonbury this year, doesn't mean i can't spread gossip!!! so the chems are according to ed playing friday (you heard it here first!!!) apparently oasis were ment to be headlining friday!!! but i've heard they might not be doing it cos they are having all sorts of difficulty recording there new album (and what was wrong with death in vegas producing????) so if oasis are not playing are the chems headline friday, after all they did headline the biggest ever glasonbury!!! i have also heard that the chems like to play smaller, intamate festival arenas, thats why they are palying/headlining the slam (or soma) tent a t in the park.
so the question, are they headlining the pyrimid stage or the dance stage on friday at glastonbury???

Yesterday's episode of Glastonbury Calling on BBC3 had a short section where the Chems talked about why they look forward to performing at Glastonbury (with things like what it was like when they visited glastonbury, crowd reaction and performing on the main stage). While they were talking clips from the Glasto 2000 performance of Hey Boy Hey Girl was shown. :D

There are no specifics, but I would hope there are more than two songs broadcast. I think last year when Moby was headlining, there was a lot of live footage, so if all goes well we should get a lot of footage. I'm probably going to tape a lot of the coverage and last year BBC3 had highlights from the festival (the following week it ended), so there might be even more stuff then! :D

Here are a load of cool pics from the gig, taken by a user called Cousteau at the official Glasto boards: http://forums.virtua...emical+brothers
Some of those visuals look mind-blowing! 8)

Those photos Cousteau took are amazing - they look so professional!
I knew the show was going to sound great but to see all those pictures, especially the blinding 'green' one really is the icing on the cake:
Love it, love it, love it!
And those scarey clown faces. I would not want to be under the influence - hallucinogen-wise, if I saw those clowns mouthing the "You are all my children now" I'd probably have a psychological meltdown and need to be hauled off! Especially this bit with the radiating sunburst effect:
At first glance it looks like it has scarey killer-clown-from-outer-space teeth!
Iguanapunk, I think you should post your photos. I mean, why not? The more pictures, the better is what I say. And I'm right about that. ;)
