Weird question: Is it just me (and my crappy computer), or is it not possible to fast forward with the BBC media player thing? Why the hell didn't they use RealPlayer??

Is that a national broadcast in the UK? It's brilliant that it's online too!

the bbc is paid for by the UK tax payer. if you own a tv in the UK you have to have a licence which costs 120 an year!! all that money is ploughed into the bbc, for it tv station (about 9 of them nationally) and the radio stations (about 8 national and loads of regional stations). the bbc is under pressure at the moment to change the way it is funded. people feel unhappy at paying for a licence and then paying further for any cable or satelite service they additionally want.

i don't know what the future holds for the bbc. i would not like it to become a commercial company. i dont want to see adverts appearing on these channels. i don't want to see dedicated programing replace by programs that fight for viewing/listening figures cos they are commercially bound.

the rest of the world does quite well from the bbc web site. next time you use it remember the uk tax payer pays alot of money for that service to be there!! long may that service continue

I don't care what they do, as long as there's less home improvement/gardening programs!

A few of the Radio 1 shows have played this song. There are apparently only 50 pressings of this track. The Breezeblock show has played it and you can hear slightly more audio from the intro 'cos Mary Anne Hobbs didn't speak over it as much as Pete Tong. Go to the link, click listen again and then fast forward to about 25 mins. :D

Yeah, it was cool when the weren't smattered on national radio, just handed to DJs, with little or no info about them.

Now the chems are big stars, I guess PR is that much more important, kind of a shame really.

well electronic battle weapon 7 is certainly doing the buisness at the mo!!!! at creamfield i heard it 3 times, obviously the chems played it. also fc/kahuna dropped it as the 2nd track in their awesome mind fuckin dj set. also the rather piss-poor audio bully's dropped it rather painfully into their set. i'm sure it was played plenty of other djs too!!!

dan kahuna on the decks, the white lable on the right deck is ebw7

uhhh I would have tried a "smack my bitch up" move and tried to swipe the 12 from the table. hahaha If you dont understand that joke, watch the Smack my bitch up video. Nah not really I would never steal it, but hell that would be tempting just spinning right inforont of you.

sneaker, are you 100% certain that that is ebw7? Is that a picture you took? I'm just trying to gather info on the 12 so that when it hits ebay I'll know what to be looking for.

i took that picture, and that is the kahuna's copy of ebw. looks like the limited run to the dj's is a simple white lable. im sure there will be a further pressing which will have the usual ebw lable we all know and love.
