Its official. It comes out August 24th in Japan.
Japan is also re-releasing limited editions of Dig Your Own Hole, Brothers Gonna Work It Out, Exit Planet Dust, Surrender on August 3rd, but with no bonus features other than being "limited edition"
According to Tower Records, the remixes on the DVD are of "The Boxer" and "Believe" (they only confirm the DFA remix) but they do note that there is also unreleased stuff on the DVD (most likely in the way of live tracks).

Fucking assholes (the label, not the Brothers), by releasing it in the WRONG (non-US) region DVD, they are insuring massive piracy... what the fuck are they thinking? Why Japan? My Grandpa fought in WW2 so they could get Chemical DVD that we don't? I don't fucking think so!

i am really dissapointed with the tracks on this DvD.The videos for galvanize, believe and the boxer are ok but why include the dfa version, swiper, spring and belive (Erol Alkan's 'Feek-Me' Re-Work). it's just a waste of dvd space. only track its worth buying for is believe live which would be sweet...

This reminds me of the whole Giant-on-the-Japanese-edition-Push-The-Button debacle... Maybe us folks in Europe and the Americas can expect a dvd in the future? Now that's something we can all get behind!! Crosses fingers...
Just trying to be hopeful. :)
Even if I got the dvd (official Japanese release, not anything downloaded) yeah, I could play it on the computer but I wouldn't be able to play it on my dvd player anyway since it's not an all region player.

X-D That's funny, going all the way to Japan just for the itty bitty dvd. The things people do for the Chems!!
That reminds me of this girl 'stash and I know who used to be a massive Beatles fan. She was trying to locate some uber-collectible stuff (this was back before collecting was made easier by the internet) and she found what she was looking for at some dinky record shop in London. She told them to hold the stuff for a couple of days, and she'd be in by the weekend. Sure enough she got on a plane and did a short stint in London so she could pick up her Beatles goods. Of course it helped that her parents were loaded and her dad had a house in London.

I think it's the audio track, the same as The Boxer single...
