They used a pretty nice delay on galvanize's lyrics :)

The show is getting better and better!

wow, i was watching to the whole thing and i must say that was fucking ace. horse power into chemical beats is pure acid heaven. also love those added new acid synths during superflash. can't wait to see them this year.

(their troubles at the begin of escape velocity reminds me that this show is still made by human)

OK, so there was no "intro with The Test sound", they played Three Little Birdies Down Beats, not Chico's Groove, and the mystery song was in fact Superflash. Basically their earlier setlist without the encore. And a really annoying echo effect on Swoon:

On the upside the guy also got the whole Deadmau5 set! Woo!

So many people on Facebook saying the Chems at Ultra were awesome, best of the whole festival, and that festival looks absolutely amazing. http://blogs.miamine...rs_at_ultra.php Can't believe there aren't more people in here raving about it.

What's the glowweb, rave web thing they are talking about?

Yeah, I belong to a Facebook Chems fan group (mostly Latin folks who are very excited about the upcoming Mexico shows) but there are a couple in there who went to Ultra and loved it tons.

I wish more would stop by and post about their experiences here (as it's a more direct place to submit all feedback instead of Facebook groups and hunting around for various blogs - Tom and Ed are more inclined to read what people are thinking here than hearing about it through the grapevine via a FB group). The times they are a-changin I guess.

In fact I did not get any footage =(

Im sorry guys I prolly had the best weekend in the last 4 years at Ultra. I was dancing literally for 36 hours. I met so many great people and did so many insane things that I honestly never felt like taking out my new awesome camera. I did record a few clips in the afternoon, and I got the entirety of trentemoller.

I had planed on getting the chems up until "DONT HOLD BACK" and I just thought to myself, fuck it. I raged so hard during the show and it was the best time ever, too many high points to even try and pick out. I thought the entire first half of the show was incredible. They played so many of the same songs from EZ but pretty much every one was mixed completely different. Star guitar I will never forget, Hey Boy Hey Girl was uberfantastic. I was hoping they would skip that song in favor of something else but with the new visuals and the massive sound it was absolutely crushing. Sure they had a little trouble during EV and it kinda hampered the song, but the spiderwebs in the crowd was amazing and they recovered nicely to finish it off. Once again I didn't get Sunshine Underground or TPPR but once again, that gives me every excuse in the world to see them again any time they are close.

Chems you are so fucking amazing, never stop playing. In 15 years all these other DJs will be long forgotten but you will still be the headlining act!

Again, I'm sorry I didn't take the recording, it actually would have been a fantastic tape because my camera is twice as good as the one I used at EZ last Summer. Oh well, there is always next time =)

Grannock, the mess up during EV, it sounded like a part was skipped didn't it? Something threw my rhythm off during that track, but it didn't matter. The shit was bonkers.

A couple of my friends just went to day one of Ultra and sold their day two and three so they can see Swedish House Mafia. I am very confused, they missed something they'll never forget.

I was afraid to touch that rave web...just looked nasty. Only problem I had with the show was that the crowd either were filming, or stood really confused at the people around them who knew what was going on. Some dude kept on asking me how anyone could handle it all (it was a compliment).

The rave web was fantastic, I was raving really hard though.... And ya, EV was sped up at the beginning and I think they failed at trying to do that massive bass drop that they did to open up EZ. Either way after the mantra the song really kicked in. I didn't mind at all, Star guitar was like a complete orgasm and DONT THINK is still imprinted on my brain.

<div><br></div><div>I was in a group of about 25 huge fans a bit up from the right soundstage. &nbsp; We were all rocking out really hard.</div>

That newer version of the swoon to star guitar transition was freaking magical!!!! It was like some kind of futuristic space 80's pop... I think that was the highlight of the show for me...

Also gotta give props to underworld too, they played a really sick version of pearls girls...
