Watch out though Jos, if memory serves, mips was complaining about dress code last year. I don't remember the exact details, but I've got a feeling that tracksuit bottoms won't be allowed. Not sure about scrappy trainers either.
I'm probably gonna wear beige combats, with brown/black trainers. Not sure on T-shirt yet, but I'll decide nearer the time

Yeah, trainers are cool, just not if they're falling apart X-D
I'm really not sure about the dress code thing - maybe mips or chebbers can clear it up?
a dress code - really?
there was never a dress code at the heavenly social/jukebox nights and there's not been one at a new years or glint party to my knowledge....at least we've never been asked. and over the years we've looked like a right bunch of scruffy herberts!
I think to be honest it's a case of clubs trying to keep "undesirables out"...that's sounds terrible but you know what I mean. all clubs are "R.O.A.R" as it used to say on yer flyers. right of admittance reserved.....
if they think you look like trouble then they won't let you in.....plus I think they'd like to think you'd made a little effort. even if it is just putting your best Adidas on with a fresh t-shirt (i.e what I'll be doing....I'm not a massive fashion person. I'm more you're dancing type :D )
I wouldn't worry too much about it....if you're concerned then give em a call or pm one of the people from turnmills that come on here.
at the end of the day the people you want in your club are friendly folk who are going to turn up and go ape and add to the atmosphere.....well that's who I'd want in my club any road...
chebbers x

ffs its taken me two months to get time off work to come to NYE due to workmates having the same days off. Got the week off but now I'm having trouble booking acommodation, the only places are really expensive places that could be difficult to get to early morning New Years Day. I really can't be arsed hanging around in London for hours on my own waiting for the first train back to Leeds, so if I can't find anywhere I may not be coming down :(.
